Meet The Owners
Bryan Muonekwu
The son of the late Ike Muonekwu, a kind and gentle man, who taught Bryan the value of hard work and showing to generosity to others.
At the young age of 23, he began his real estate journey. He sought out his first investment property with the money he saved while working for a fortune 500 tech company.
In less than 3 years, he now owns a portfolio just shy of 3 million dollars - a diverse collection of residential and commercial properties.
By joining forces with established partner groups in Texas, he has expanded his reach and presence.
His goal and deep desire as he enters this new season of life is to dramatically increase the value he brings to his current and future clients.
Caron Bracy
Combining my experience as a technical recruiting leader and real estate investor has been an incredibly rewarding journey. As an operator, I have been focusing on Single Family Real Estate and short-term rentals since 2016 with the goal of creating cash flow and building a legacy for future generations.
My role as Recruiting Leader has often proved to be complementary to my work as a Single Family Real Estate Investor, giving me the skills to effectively manage multiple projects in one year. In taking on these overlapping roles, I have found immense satisfaction in watching both areas grow personally and professionally, allowing me to create an enduring impact on single family real estate investments through technical recruiting excellence.
I’m well-versed in operations and vertical integration. Currently I operate at an annual run rate of around $500k. My expertise encompasses team management, SFR/STR deal sourcing, general deal flow, lender relations, and capital raising.
